Over the last two years, Marvel Studios and Disney+ have slowly brought more of Netflix's Daredevil series into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Following the titular superhero and his iconic nemesis, the upcoming series, Daredevil: Born Again is rumored to see the return of Matt Murdock's friend and colleague, Foggy Nelson.

It was recently reported by scooper DanielRPK that actor Elden Henson may have signed on to the Disney+ series as Foggy in Born Again. This has not been officially confirmed by either Henson or Marvel Studios and should be taken with a grain of salt.

Henson made his debut as Foggy in the first season of Daredevil back in 2015. The series showed he and Matt decided to open up a law firm straight after graduating from university. While the two were close, Foggy was initially unaware that Matt Murdock was also the Devil of Hell's Kitchen, also known as Daredevil. Eventually he found out and it placed great strain on their friendship.

There is no word yet on whether or not actor Deborah Ann Woll will be joining the cast as Karen Page. Earlier this year, Woll previously expressed enthusiasm about potentially playing the character in that world again. "I would come back because I want to play with Matt Murdock again... I want to play with Frank Castle again. I want to see these characters again. Even though I've stayed in touch with the humans, the characters are also fascinating people.

Daredevil: Born Again was announced in July and will be comprised of 18 episodes. Marvel Studios President and Chief Creative Officer Kevin Feige made the announcement at San Diego Comic-Con. Star Charlie Cox previously revealed he was told by Feige that the show would not be a continuation of the Netflix series. The actor said, "It is a Season 1, it is not Season 4, so it is a whole new thing... Which I think is the way to go. If you are going to do it again, do it differently."

Cox made his official return as Matt Murdock in the MCU in Spider-Man: No Way Home, in which he briefly appeared giving legal counsel to Peter Parker, May Parker and Happy Hogan and showcased a few of his superhuman reflexes. Prior to this, Disney+'s Hawkeye series had reintroduced actor Vincent D'Onofrio as Wilson Fisk, better known as the Kingpin, though audiences noted some physical differences from his Netflix series counterpart.

Daredevil: Born Again is slated to arrive on Disney+ in 2024.
