Things won't be slowing down for the Uncanny X-Men once the 10-part "Disassembled" story arc comes to an end. Not only will Wolverine make his long-awaited return to the series, but Cyclops, another deceased X-Man, will also find his way back from the dead.

Cyclops is slated to return in January's Uncanny X-Men Annual #1, though how and why he'll make his comeback from the afterlife remains a mystery for now. Wolverine, of course, made a surprise return in 2017's Marvel Legacy #1 and has found himself involved in cosmic matters -- first possessing an Infinity Stone, and then becoming the new host of the Phoenix Force.

Uncanny X-Men #11 kicks off a new story following "Disassembled" and "Age of X-Man" with a reunion between two of the X-Men's most vocal leaders, who also happen to have a track record of not working well together. The duo famously fought over the love and affection of their fellow X-Man, Jean Grey. Though she would ultimately wind up marrying Cyclops, Wolverine was always lurking in the background to test their relationship.

The 2011 crossover "X-Men: Schism" involved Cyclops and Wolverine disagreeing over the methods and overall philosophy of what the X-Men should be, resulting in the creation of two separate X-Men teams led by each X-Man. The highlight of the split came from Logan renaming the Xavier Institute to the Jean Grey School for Higher Learning.

Marvel seems ready to make the rivals put aside their differences in March, with the release of the solicitations for Uncanny X-Men #13-14 revealing Cyclops and Wolverine will form a new team of X-Men. The cover to Uncanny X-Men #13 shows Cyclops going over a list of potential threats he feels his new X-Men team will have to contend with, including Magneto, Dark Beast, Cassandra Nova, Apocalypse, Mojo, Mystique, Mister Sinister and Omega Red.

The cover for Uncanny X-Men #14 shows the full roster for Cyclops and Wolverine's new team. Putting aside Wolverine donning his classic brown and yellow costume once again, the team consists of Magik, Multiple Man, Cyclops' brother Havok, Dani Moonstar, Hope Summers, a New Mutants castmember infected with the Warlock plague, Wolfsbane and Banshee.

Many of these mutants have made recent appearances throughout Marvel's publishing slate of X-Men comics the last year in series like New Mutants: Dead Souls, the Multiple Man miniseries and Astonishing X-Men (all coincidentally written by Uncanny X-Men writer Matthew Rosenberg). It's definitely not your classic lineup of X-Men, but they may be the only mutants remaining to join up with the X-Men after whatever happens in "Disassembled."
