Kotobukiya has revealed its latest Fine Art statue, which features the X-Men's leader Cyclops.

Cyclops is shown leaping into action from a base comprised of rubble while wearing his uniform from the X-Men animated series. The statue is digitally sculpted and formed from high-quality cold cast resin, which allows the fine details of the battle-worn suit to come through. The statue and comes with a price tag of $$329.99.

First released in 1992, the X-Men animated series debuted on Fox Kids. It ran for five seasons and became a fan favorite over the years. The series drew inspiration from several comic book stories, including the "Dark Phoenix Saga," and its uniforms were inspired by designs from Jim Lee.

Kotobukiya is well known for its various lines of statues, which encompass several franchises including Marvel and DC Comics. The "Women of Marvel" line includes statues with superheroines such as the Scarlet Witch, while the "Bishoujo" line features anime-inspired versions of female characters from across several franchises. Finally, the "ArtFX" line features highly detailed figures from franchises such as The Flash and Star Wars.

The Fine Art Cyclops statue from Kotobukiya is currently available for pre-order at local comics shops until Jan. 25, 2021, but will be available for purchase on Aug. 25, 2021. Other additions to the Fine Art line include Captain America and the symbiote serial killer Carnage.
