A new synopsis for CW's The Flash indicates that Harrison "Harry" Wells will be ejected from the "Council of Wells," with Cisco Ramon then introducing him to the "Council of Harrisons."
The synopsis, which you can read below, does not specify what the "Council of Harrisons" is, or why Harry will be kicked out of the "Council of Wells," though the cynical character is no stranger to losing friends and alienating people. It may well be related to Harry's recent use of, and addiction to, his own Thinking Cap, though it's not clear at this time.
