CW Seed has already carved out a place for itself among other streaming services with its original animated series, but now it will add a whole catalog of new shows. The CW's ad-supported free service has brokered a deal with BBC Studios to bring 14 British shows to American audiences.

In addition to the streaming service's syndicated and original content, CW Seed is now offering BBC shows such as The Intruders starring Mira Sorvino, Atlantis with Mark Addy and Secret of Cricket Hall with Maisie Williams and Tom Ellis. This will add an additional 200 episodes and 150 hours of content to the existing 1000 hours available now.

Rick Haskins, The CW's Executive Vice President of Marketing and Digital Platforms, promised this is only the first wave of BBC shows to become available on the platform. Through the rest of January and February, CW Seed will continue to roll out more shows, including James Corden's Gavin and Stacey, The Fades starring Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Ian DeCaestecker and Get Out actor Daniel Kaluuya, Robin Hood, Married Single Other, Primeval, Bleak Old Shop of Stuff, Hyperdrive and The Deep.

CW Seed offers original content such as I Ship It, Constantine: City of Demons, Vixen and Freedom Fighters: The Ray. It includes reruns of series like Pushing Daisies and Schitts Creek, which originally ran on networks other than The CW.
