With the opportunity to create multiple villains, artists not only get the chance to design a terrifying foe that will haunt the heroes but also to create villains who can't be described as anything but cute. Sometimes, these adorable villains use their cuteness to their advantage, but the majority of them only wish to be taken seriously, cursing their own adorable physique and mannerisms as the heroes defeat them.

However, while the other villains wanted it for nefarious purposes, Ludo originally wanted it so he could use magic to grow into a "big boy body." Ludo was never meant to be the show's main villain. Instead, he was the cuddly, cute antagonist who only wanted to be respected by all those who found him adorable.

Instead of appearing spiteful or cruel, Cedric was often represented as sad and lonely, and it was in small moments when Sofia showed him kindness, love, and appreciation that Cedric showed his softer side in return. Cedric never wanted to be a villain, he just wanted his hard work to be recognized.

Dr. Jacques Von Hamsterviel was the lead villain in the Lilo & Stitch cartoon, having been the mastermind behind Jumba's illegal genetic experiments. Though it's never mentioned what species of alien Hamsterviel is, he appears to be something of a cross between a hamster, gerbil, and rabbit, three of Earth's cutest pets.

Yet, Hamsterviel finds any comments on his adorable physique to be deplorable. All this villain wishes to be known for is his attempts to dominate every planet that hosts intelligent life. Yet, all he was ever remembered for was how cute and fluffy he was.

7 Noodle Burger Boy Only Wanted A Family (Big Hero 6: The Series)

Big Hero 6: The Series saw the heroes face many villains, some serious and others silly. In the latter category was the animatronic food mascot, Noodle Burger Boy. Noodle Burger Boy cared little for villainy but a lot about having chaotic fun and being part of a family. Because his robotic adoptive sister, Trina, was a villain, Noodle Burger Boy aligned himself with evil.

He proved loyal to her cause until she was defeated. After Trina was taken from him, Noodle Burger Boy pursued villainy on his own, using what he knew to steal robots and turn them into his new family, creating an adorable group of incensed robots that caused a lot of hassle for Big Hero 6.

Designed after a doll line by Mattel, Duchess RavenWaves was created to be as pretty as a princess, despite being the villain. She was callous and cold, her harsh personality contrasting greatly with her cute design.

Despite being mean and vicious, there were a few episodes of the short-lived series wherein Duchess RavenWaves showed a slightly more vulnerable side, making it evident that she was just jealous that Lady Lovely Locks was well-loved, while she was hated by everyone she met. In those moments, Duchess RavenWaves wasn't a villain to be hated, but rather someone who only wanted acceptance.

Gideon proved himself to be a formidable foe, thanks to a combination of his superior intellect and adorable looks. Throughout the show, Gideon weaponized his cuteness, using it to get whatever he wanted from the easily swayed citizens of Gravity Falls.

Gideon's cute looks and charming persona allowed him to get away with anything, and he even created merchandise of himself to fund his evil schemes. Little Gideon knew exactly how to use his looks to his advantage.

Fortunately, both the Duck family and Flintheart Glomgold learned very quickly that the disguised ponies were not what they appeared to be, and they avoided them where they could. However, that didn't stop Briar and Bramble from trying their hardest to drown their foes while being ever-appealing in their cuteness.

However, she enjoyed the job a little too much and used her hypnotic cuteness to cruel ends. In her debut episode, Little Bits forced Wander to clothe and feed her, walk barefoot over rough terrain, and repeatedly fight a hostile monster for her entertainment, all of which he gladly did to keep the adorable villain happy.

She-Ra And The Princesses Of Power challenged the heroes with the introduction of Hordak Prime and his hive mind of clones. However, while Hordak Prime and the clones proved themselves to be dangerous and terrifying, one clone got damaged, forever changing his personality and ensuring that he was nothing like the others.

This Hordak clone became known as Wrong Hordak and quickly became a fan favorite among the viewers since he was so adorable in his innocence. Even though Spinel changed, she was still wonderfully adorable, often using her unique stretching abilities to convey her emotions. Whether a bouncy little friend or a hardened enemy with a penchant for singing, Spinel is always cute as a button.
