Chibiusa is the future daughter of Usagi Tsukino and Mamoru Chiba, also known as Queen Serenity and Prince Endymion in Sailor Moon: Crystal. Even though her parents have immense power, Chibiusa initially has no power at all. She feels insignificant because she cannot be as strong as her mother.
Fortunately, she eventually does get her powers thanks to the help of past Usagi and her friends. Chibiusa is an adorable little girl who wants to make her parents proud. Her determination and bravery even help save her parents, despite having to break the rules to do so. Chibiusa shows that all it takes to be a hero is the drive and will to do what is right.
8 Takeru Takaishi Is The Cutest DigiDestined (Digimon)
Takeru "T.K." Takaishi is the youngest of the original DigiDestined in Digimon. When he and his older brother, Matt, get taken into the Digital World, T.K. easily takes to his new surroundings. As one of the DigiDestined, he partners with the Digimon, Patamon.
T.K. is not only lovable but kind as well. He is often the voice of hope in dark times and always tries to find the positive. While he would appreciate it if his brother Matt would stop being so protective, T.K. is otherwise gentle and good-natured toward everyone he meets.
7 Megumin Is Explosively Adorable (KonoSuba)
Megumin is one of the unfortunate party members of the core group in KonoSuba. Megumin has immense power, that she can only use once a day, in the form of a great explosion spell. Megumin purposefully puts all the skill points she gains solely into her explosion spell, making it even stronger as they progress.
Even so, fans cannot get enough of the bombastic Arch Wizard. Her adorable attempts at improvement, and her strong determination to help, make her all the more endearing as she inevitably makes life worse for Kazuma and the others. Megumin’s hard work and adorable outfit make her one of the best side characters in isekai anime.
6 Shiro Always Wins, No Matter The Game (No Game No Life)
Shiro is one of the two members of Blank in the show No Game No Life. She is an unbeatable strategist who gives nothing away. Shiro’s biggest flaw is her debilitating shyness, but that does not stop her from becoming one of the rulers of Immanity.
Shiro is incredibly close to her step-brother, Sora. The two make an unstoppable team, especially after they are thrown into a world where every dispute is resolved with games. Shiro’s sharp wit serves her well, and fans cannot help but love her for her enchanting cuteness and cool demeanor.
5 Eru Chitanda Is Exceedingly Persuasive (Hyouka)
Eru Chitanda is one of the new members of the Kamiyama High School Literature Club in Hyouka. She joins the club because she believes it is the key to discovering what happened to her missing uncle. She also tries to convince Houtarou Oreki to join the club and help her on her quest, something he reluctantly agrees to do.
Chitanda is a sincere and curious person whose powers of persuasion are too much for Oreki to handle. However, her curiosity does lead the club on a lot of adventures, creating many memorable moments. Chitanda's inquisitiveness and gorgeous eyes make it impossible for both audiences and Oreki to dislike her.
4 Nezuko Kamado Is Cute But Deadly (Demon Slayer)
Nezuko Kamado lived a quiet life in the mountains until she was turned into a demon. Now, Nezuko, alongside her brother, Tanjiro, fights demons to hopefully take down the dreaded Muzan Kibutsuji in Demon Slayer. Although Tanjiro does most of the combat, Nezuko’s immense power and healing abilities make her an invaluable asset to the Demon Slayer Corps.
As a demon, Nezuko can change her size. This allows her to fit in the box Tanjiro carries her in to escape the sun, but also makes her incredibly adorable. Her tiny hands and eyes are especially lovable. Small Nezuko is a cute hero who packs a punch.
3 Anya Forger Tries To Prevent A War (Spy x Family)
Anya Forger is a six-year-old psychic who is adopted by a spy and an assassin for a mission in the hit show, Spy x Family. Unbeknownst to her new family, Anya’s psychic ability makes her privy to their true identities. However, this proves effective in inspiring Anya to do her best for her Papa’s mission, even if it does not always work out.
Anya’s charming personality and well-meaning shenanigans endear her to fans and the Forgers alike. Despite her many mistakes and misunderstandings, Anya’s intentions are pure at heart, making it impossible to dislike her. Her earnest attempts to help her dad while also keeping his and her mom’s identities secret show what a loyal and hard-working person Anya is.

As she gains friends, Komi slowly starts to open up and even begins to talk to people on the phone. Komi’s earnest desire to make a hundred friends makes her a lovable, adorable character. Though she still struggles, Komi always tries her best to communicate.
