Maika Sakuranomiya from Blend S puts the S in Sadistic. After being scouted by Dino, the owner of a maid cafe that adheres to all kinds of tropes such as little sisters, tsunderes, and big sisters, Maika begins her training to be the best sadistic maid she can be.

Tohru is perhaps one of the most supernatural maids you'll ever have the chance of laying eyes on. After a computer programmer named Kobayashi saves a dragon, that dragon decides to work for her as a maid.
Tohru is the definition of cosplay dragon as she transformed into a maid outfit from a cosplay maid cafe with magic. While Tohru used to hate humans, meeting Kobayashi changed her and made her act cheerful to them. Despite Tohru's perverted tendencies to get Kobayashi to act upon, she is an excellent maid, truly loves Kobayashi, and does her job well.
5 ROBERTA (BLACK LAGOON)
Rosarita Cisneros, or more commonly called Roberta, is a maid who worked for the Lovelace Family for four years. Although we have a maid who can combat against intruders already on this list, Roberta is on another level. She was once known under her real name as a former F.A.R.C assassin in Cuba and a wanted criminal worldwide. She has trauma because of a scarred past and certain smells.
Despite Roberta's admission of murdering children and anyone who got in her way, she escaped this by joining the Lovelace Family despite her not knowing a lick of cleaning. It is not forgivable, but it is admirable with how she survived a horrid lifestyle to change her own around.
4 VIRGO (FAIRY TAIL)
Virgo from Fairy Tail used to be a maid who worked for the corrupt politician Everlue before working for Lucy Heartfilia. Virgo is a Celestial Spirit that is one of the 12 Golden Keys Lucy has in her possession and takes on the appearance of a maid with shackles around her wrists.
While she takes on this appearance with Lucy, she looked completely different. She uses chains as a weapon, and this ties into her personal preferences of masochism. She is very loyal to whoever owns her and calls Lucy the affectionate nickname, "Princess."
3 MARIA (HAYATE THE COMBAT BUTLER!)
While you many know about Hayate's advanced capabilities in Hayate the Combat Butler, Maria is a formidable companion. Maria is one of the closest people to Nagi and her personal maid, who used to be her home tutor. Their relationship is more like sisters than an employer and employee.
Maria's specialty is perfection and teasing, although she is weak to disguises and quite gullible. She enjoys housework and continuously makes the Sanzenin mansion sparkling clean. It makes it better that she also is the only one who understands the relationship between Hayate and Nagi and watches over them like a mother.
2 CHIHIRO KOMIYA (SHOUNEN MAID)
Chihiro from Shounen Maid may look like a cute little girl, but he's a boy. Granted, he is an elementary school student, so this is an easy mistake to make. Chihiro is a cinnamon roll who works at his uncle's home after his mother's unfortunate passing. Because he can't help but have things be clean, he becomes a housekeeper for his uncle, Madoka.
The only reason he wears a maid outfit is that his uncle likes girls' clothing with frills, and Chihiro is the perfect subject. Chihiro cooks meals every day and cleans everything until it is spotless. Who wouldn't appreciate such a passionate maid?
1 REM (RE:ZERO)
You may recognize this sky blue-haired oni if you were around when the "I love Emilia" memes exploded and broke the internet. Rem is the younger twin sister of Ram working for Roswaal L Mathers, the mage descendant of the original Roswaal. While most know about Rem's unconditional love for Subaru, she is an excellent maid as well. She is very loyal to those she loves.
