Pride Month will see the release of a new DC Comics miniseries, Crush & Lobo.

The series, written by Mariko Tamaki with art by Amancay Nahuelpan, spins out of the pages of Teen Titans Academy. After quitting the Titans and breaking up with her girlfriend Katie, Crush finally decides to confront her father Lobo  -- who just happens to be locked up in an intergalactic prison. The series will feature a cover by Kris Anka (Star-Lord,) alongside a Pride variant cover by Yoshi Yoshitani and a 1:25 ratio variant by Christian Ward (Black Bolt, Machine Gun Wizards.) Former Teen Titans Go! art director Dan Hipp will provide a special variant for retailers featuring the father-daughter duo.

Crush -- birth name Xiomara Rojas -- first appeared in the Teen Titans Special one-shot, and was approached by Damian Wayne to join his new incarnation of the Teen Titans. Crush joined the Titans in order to hunt down her parents' murderer. She possesses the same inhuman strength and superhuman healing factor as her father, as well as a mysterious chain called the Obelus. Crush had feelings for her fellow Teen Titans member Djinn, which led to a confrontation with Damian when she discovered Djinn had feelings for him.

Crush & Lobo #1 goes on sale in June from DC.
