The Devil Is a Part-Timer, RWBY, and a new Kamen Rider anime lead Crunchyroll's upcoming summer 2022 lineup.

Crunchyroll has announced the the first group of titles that will be featured in its latest seasonal schedule. In addition to continuing to simulcast new episodes of long-running series such as One Piece and Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, the anime streamer will also premiere the long-awaited second season of the reverse-isekai comedy, The Devil Is a Part-Timer, which will debut on July 14. RWBY: Ice Queendom, a new anime based on Monty Oum and Rooster Teeth's CG-animated web series, will also be available for streaming on July 3. Fuuto Pi, the animated sequel to the fan-favorite Kamen Rider W tokusatsu series, will also premiere later that month, on July 31.

Other highlights from the season include Oddtaxi In The Woods, a theatrical feature that retells the events of the critically acclaimed 2021 anime series about a walrus taxi driver and the interesting cast of characters who enter his cab. Science Saru, the celebrated studio behind The Night Is Short, Walk On Girl, Japan Sinks and The Heike Story, will also debut its newest original series, Yurei Deco. The sci-fi series is being penned by Dai Sato, who is known for his work on shows such as Cowboy Bebop, Eden of the East and Eureka Seven.

The popular isekai series Classroom of the Elite will return for a second season, as will the colorful rom-com Rent-A-Girlfriend, which will premiere another season full of romantic misunderstandings this July. The shonen battle anime Orient will premiere the second cour (part) of its first season this summer. The new season will also feature the streaming debut of the two new My Hero Academia OVA (original video animation) specials, which will also make their North American premiere at this year's Anime Expo convention.

The anime streamer also teased that several more new titles will be added to its lineup in the coming weeks.
