Hello, my name is Jim from upstate New York, and I've been collecting for about 15 years. Never had a place to display my stuff until my son went away to college six years ago; now his bedroom has become "Thor's room." All of my collection is Marvel and most of it is Thor-related, but I think I've got a nice selection of statues, busts, comics, commissions and original art. The biggest problem is that I've run out of wall space and my wife is worried that I've got my eye on the family room. (She's right to worry.)

Most of my recent purchases have been original comic book art, which I then frame. This is from the Lord of Asgard storyline in 2002.

Another from the Lord of Asgard story.

I loved the Gorr the God Butcher story from last year and had to have these next two originals.

A variety of commissions.

A huge oil painting of Ultimate Thor and some Bowen statues.

I'm a huge Buffalo Bills fan, so a mix with Thor was a natural commission.

I've got more than a few Sif commissions, but I think this one is my favorite.

A couple more Sif commissions surrounding Fantastic Four #49 (first appearance of Galactus) and Journey into Mystery #85 (first appearance of Loki/Asgard/Odin). Not great copies, but very affordable!

Enchantress, Hela and Lady Thor commissions behind four statues. I had the Bowen Thanos repainted and it made a huge difference. Love it.

Many of my comics I've had bound. I really prefer that to buying trades as it allows me to choose the issues to include. Not cheap, but worth it.

Thought the Thor stand-up might be a little creepy after a while, but it's grown on me over the years. Can't imagine the room without it.
