Recently, Arrowverse consulting producer and writer Marc Guggenheim unveiled a new, refined logo for the highly anticipated crossover, "Crisis on Infinite Earths." Now, as the debut of the event creeps ever closer, Stephen Amell has gone further than that by leaking the crossover’s first five seconds.
On Twitter, the Arrow actor shared a video that features the crossover's opening animation sequence. All of the series involved are represented in the animation as The Flash’s lightning effects, a green arrow, a red Batarang, Supergirl’s heat vision and the Legends of Tomorrow’s ship all fly across the screen one after the other, just as the official "Crisis on Infinite Earths" logo appears with a clear shot of The Monitor in its center.
"Casual viewing" was all Amell wrote, teasing that he may be watching the crossover in full — or at least one whole chapter.
Amell will soon say goodbye to the Arrowverse for good, and the actor even tweeted that he filmed his final scene wearing the Green Arrow costume.
"Crisis on Infinite Earths" begins Sunday, Dec. 8 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Supergirl, then continues in Batwoman on Monday, Dec. 9 at 8 p.m. ET/PT and in The Flash on Tuesday, Dec. 10 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. After the winter hiatus, the crossover will conclude on Tuesday, Jan. 14 in Arrow at 8 p.m. ET/PT and in DC's Legends of Tomorrow at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
