Jan. 14 sees the epic conclusion of "Crisis on Infinite Earths." Ahead of the Arrowverse crossover event's return, The CW has released two new promos providing brief glimpses of Lex Luthor and the Monitor's roles in the story.

Luthor shocked the surviving heroes of the Arrowverse by becoming the new Paragon of Truth and joining the assembled heroes on the Vanishing Point, a location existing outside of time. The Monitor, meanwhile, seemingly met his untimely end after being betrayed by a possessed Harbinger, though the teaser hints the omnipotent being may make his return to face the Anti-Monitor.

The two teasers follow an earlier promo released by the network, alluding to Oliver Queen's surprise new role in the crossover after inheriting the powers of The Spectre.

With the fate of the Multiverse in the Paragons and Spectre's hands, the surviving superheroes will have to restore the Arrowverse from the Anti-Monitor's expansively destructive grasp.
