After experiencing unexpected delays behind-the-scenes, Creepshow Season 2 is finally premiering on Shudder and AMC+ this April with a set of all-new scary stories.

The debut trailer for Season 2 begins with a Keith David voiceover and shots of the spectral host presenting a set of comic books containing the nine frightening tales that will be spotlighted across the horror anthology series' second season. Featuring many familiar faces, including Ted Raimi and Kevin Dillon, the new season is shaping up to be every inch as bloody as its predecessor.

Principal photography on Season 2 was originally slated to begin in March 2020 before being temporarily suspended by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic's spread into the United States. Filming commenced under heightened health precautions this past September, beginning with a holiday special that premiered in December.

After ordering scripts for a potential third season during the production hiatus last summer, Shudder confirmed that it has officially renewed Creepshow for a third season. Production on Season 3 is expected to begin after Season 2 wraps.

Developed for television by Greg Nicotero, Creepshow Season 2 premieres April 1 on Shudder and AMC+.
