Pre-production is currently underway on the popular anthology horror series Creepshow, and the Shudder series' host, Creep, has received a bit of a redesign.

In a behind-the-scenes video, series showrunner and executive producer Greg Nicotero shared a sneak peek at the Creep's new look, with lips added to give him more facial expressions including the ability to smile. Nicotero revealed that principal photography will begin for Season 2 in Atlanta after pre-production is completed.

Creepshow is based on a pair of 1980s horror movies of the same name by iconic writer Stephen King and groundbreaking filmmaker George A. Romero. Each episode of the anthology show has Creep introduce audiences to macabre, horrific tales read from a comic book.

The television adaptation was developed as a Shudder original series by Nicotero, following his work as a director and make-up effects supervisor on AMC's The Walking Dead; Shudder is premium streaming service run by AMC Networks. The series was renewed for a second season this past Halloween, the same date as the Season 1 finale's premiere.
