Tuesday delivered the latest one-word All-New Marvel NOW! teaser from Marvel Comics, this time with writer Paul Cornell and artist Ryan Stegman teaming for a project debuting in February 2014, promoted simply with "Mortal."

While that isn't a ton to base an assumption on, this one seems rather easy to decode: Cornell is the current "Wolverine" writer, and as detailed in the current "Killable" story arc, he is now sans healing factor, and thus, well, mortal. So barring a significant misdirection, this is likely "Wolverine"-related.

Stegman's presence is something of a surprise -- if this is indeed teasing a "Wolverine" project, it'll likely signal a move for the artist away from smash-hit series "Superior Spider-Man," which he's been a part of since issue #1 early this year.

In this latest round of Marvel teasers, full reveals have been arriving the following day after the initial image is released, so check back with CBR News for more on "Mortal" in the very near future.
