Conan O'Brien and Andy Richter Joining Arrested Development

Tuesday's episode of Conan held a pretty big surprise for Arrested Development fans: Not only did Will Arnett, who plays Gob Bluth, talk a bit about filming the resurrected comedy, but he also dropped a bomb, revealing that both Andy Richter and Conan O'Brien will be show up on the Netflix series.

Richter appeared on the original Fox run as quintuplets Andy, Donnie, Rocky, Chareth and Emmet, so our money's on him reprising those roles. The late-night comedy duo joins original cast members Arnett, Jason Bateman, Jeffrey Tambor, Michael Cera, David Cross, Portia de Rossi, Alia Shawkat, Tony Hale and Jessica Walter. Additional guest stars, both returning and new, include Mae Whitman, Liza Minelli, Carl Weathers, Henry Winkler, John Slattery and Isla Fisher.

No official release date has been set for the fourth season of Arrested Development, but word is that it will debut sometime in the spring.
