Amazon Prime Video has released a new trailer for Coming 2 America.

The trailer sees Eddie Murphy's King Akeem Joffer returning to the United States and locating his heir. However, when someone incorrectly refers to him as the prince of Wakanda, he corrects her by explaining that Wakanda is a fictional nation, while "Zamunda is a very real nation."

Originally slated for a theatrical release, Paramount Pictures sold the rights to Coming 2 America to Amazon in October 2020. However, unlike its raunchy predecessor, the sequel will release with a more mild PG-13 rating.

Set in the lush and royal country of Zamunda, newly-crowned King Akeem (Eddie Murphy) and his trusted confidante Semmi(Arsenio Hall) embark on an all-new hilarious adventure that has them traversing the globe from their great African nation to the borough of Queens, New York – where it all began.

Directed by Craig Brewer, Coming 2 America stars Eddie Murphy, Arsenio Hall, Jermaine Fowler, Leslie Jones, Tracy Morgan, KiKi Layne, Shari Headley, Wesley Snipes, James Earl Jones, John Amos, Teyana Taylor, Vanessa Bell Calloway, Paul Bates, Nomzamo Mbatha and Bella Murphy. The film arrives on Amazon Prime Video March 5
