CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIERComic Book Movie has posted two new promos for "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" that aired on Disney Channel and Disney XD, both of which have some cool new footage and interview snippets with Anthony Mackie.

Some of the footage shown can also be seen in this full clip of "Captain America: The Winter Soldier," which features Cap and Falcon taking on a squadron of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents in the air.

While this is much further in the future for the franchise, a rumor has surfaced that "Captain America 3" will hit theaters May 6, 2016 -- the same day as Zack Snyder's "Man of Steel" sequel is scheduled for release. Marvel and DC, finally clashing at the box office on release day should make for an interesting opening weekend gross report, at the very least.

AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRONMovieWeb reports that Anthony Mackie's Falcon may not actually appear in "The Avengers: Age of Ultron" next summer. In an interview, Mackie stated nobody has notified him as to whether he appears in the upcoming film.

"Chris [Evans] is a good friend of mine. The movie starts in three weeks. I know he's read the script," Mackie told MovieWeb. "He's like, 'Yo, man, I read the Avengers script. It's good.' I was like, 'Really?' He said, 'Yeah, Joss [Whedon] is doing rewrites, but it's good. I was like, 'Great! So... am I in it?' And he says, 'I've got to go. I'll be back.' What do you mean? Why can't you just tell me if I'm in the movie? No one will tell me, not one person, so I gave up on it."

That said, Marvel tends to keep a lot of these types of surprises in their back pocket until the last minute, so the possibility certainly still exists. Take this one with a grain of salt.

DOCTOR STRANGEWhile speaking with Badass Digest, Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige discussed the possible cinematic take on magic for films like "Doctor Strange."

"Are you watching the Cosmos series? That's magic, [the quantum physics]. It's unbelievable," Feige told Badass Digest. "If somebody knew how to tap into that stuff, what's the difference between that and magic? You don't get into it in 'Harry Potter,' but if a scientist went to Hogwarts he'd find out how some of that stuff is happening! We're not going to spend a lot of time on that, but there will be some of that. And particularly for a character like Strange, who goes from a man of science to a man of faith and who traverses both worlds. And sometimes there won't be an answer! Sometimes he'll want an answer -- 'How is this happening?!' -- and nothing. ... 'Doctor Strange' needs to be a Ditko/Kubrick/Miyazaki/'The Matrix' mind-trip."
