COMIC REEL: “Suicide Squad” Comes To Life In New Stills; “Squad” Cast Open Up About Villainous Motives

A treasure trove of information has been unleashed thanks to the latest issue of “Empire,” including these images of Jared Leto’s Joker.

Chloe Bennet donned a new suit for Halloween, one that was a bit different from the S.H.I.E.L.D. tactical suit she’s rocked this season. She dressed up… as a bag of groceries.

Happy Halloween! Nothing sexier than a grocery bag…? 👍🏻👍🏻

ABC has also released promotional stills for this week’s episode, “4,722 Hours.”

Bennet wasn’t the only superhero TV star to attend that party over the weekend. “Arrow’s” Emily Bett Rickards and Colton Haynes also attended, dressed as Sailor Moon and Ursula.

TV Line asked the cast of “Arrow” about the “who’s in the grave?” mystery that’s been plaguing their minds since the season premiere.

“As castmates, we’re all like, ‘Is it you?! Is it you?! Oh, it could be you!” said Rickards. “‘No, you know what, it’s definitely me. It has to be me! It’s has to be you! It has to be me! It’s going to be them! It’s going to be no one! No one’s in the grave!’ Like, that conversation happens daily… Everyone proves that it’s not, and everyone proves that it is [any given character]. But then there’s this! And nobody can die because there’s the [Lazarus] Pit. And there’s time travel, and if we travel to ‘The Flash,’ we’d just bring them back to life.”

TV Line talked to Camren Bicondova about the developments for Selina Kyle this season on “Gotham.”

“At this point in time, I don’t know that Bruce knows Silver or that Silver even exists,” said Bicondova. “But we do meet, eventually. Natalie [Alyn Lind], David [Mazouz] and I have a scene together in an upcoming episode, and while I dont want to say what happens, I will say it’s a little awkward! [Laughs]”

AMC has released a synopsis for their upcoming adaptation of “Preacher.”

Based on the twisted and popular ’90s comic book franchise of the same name, “Preacher,” created by Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon, is the story of Jesse Custer (Dominic Cooper) a conflicted Preacher in a small Texas town who is inhabited by a mysterious entity that allows him to develop a highly unconventional power. Jesse, his ex-girlfriend, Tulip (Ruth Negga), and an Irish vampire named Cassidy (Joseph Gilgun) embark on a journey to, literally, find God. The Sony Pictures Television and AMC Studios co-production was developed for television by Seth Rogen & Evan Goldberg (“This Is the End,” “Superbad,” “Neighbors”) and showrunner Sam Catlin (“Breaking Bad”). The series is set to premiere mid-2016.

Premieres May 2016 on AMC

You can read a recap of last night’s “Walking Dead” episode over on Spinoff.

And spoiler alert if you aren’t caught up with last night’s episode, because showrunner Scott M. Gimple has released a statement regarding the possible death of a major character.

In some way we will see Glenn — some version of Glenn or parts of Glenn — again. Either in flashback or the current story to help complete the story.

Airs Sundays on AMC
