AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.TV Guide spoke with Jed Whedon and Maurissa Tancheroen about this week's major episode of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.", and the duo noted that fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the show in general will want to go see "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" before the next "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." airs.

"It's not a coincidence that this is the episode that airs right before 'Cap' comes out, but we have to stay silent on exactly how much the movie affects us or we affect the movie because Marvel is watching our every move," Whedon told TV Guide.

GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXYKaren Gillan appeared for a panel at Emerald City Comicon, discussing her time on "Doctor Who" as well as her role as Nebula in the upcoming "Guardians of the Galaxy."

"The training for 'Guardians of the Galaxy' was really intense," Gillian said. "I had to train for two months. Every day I wasn't filming, I had to work out and eat loads of protein.
