AGENT CARTERDeadline reports the rumor that the in-development "Agent Carter" television series may forego a pilot and go straight to series instead. Reportedly, the script was finished more than three months ago, and there is talk that "Agent Carter" will get picked up along with a season two renewal for "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." It's very likely more information will get released as "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." heads to its first season conclusion in the coming months.

AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.Speaking of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," The Wrap has posted the cold open for this week's episode, "Providence." If you haven't been keeping up with the show, the clip contains spoilers, so watch with caution.

Executive producers Jeph Loeb and Jeffrey Bell spoke with IGN about a number of subjects, revealing that Victoria Hand was indeed "definitely" shot and killed and some of the upcoming guest appearances from Adrian Pasdar and Patton Oswalt. The duo also discussed the future of S.H.I.E.L.D. in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

"Let's make sure that it's clear that they're living in a world where the S.H.I.E.L.D. satellites have been compromised," Loeb said of Coulson and his team. "They have very little information in terms of what's going on, and so in many ways they're like the viewers. They don't really know what's coming."

AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRONPaul Bettany, who voices J.A.R.V.I.S. and is set to play The Vision, appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live over the weekend, and very briefly discussed playing a role in "Avengers: Age of Ultron."

"I can do all sorts of things, but I'm not allowed to really talk about them and what we're going to do because there might be a Marvel agent in the room that will actually wrestle me to the ground and fire me," said Bettany. "They pick and choose. ... It's very exciting for me, but everything's a double-edged sword. I've been playing J.A.R.V.I.S. for years, and my job was I would turn up in a recording studio for 45 minutes, do all my stuff and then they would give me a huge bag of cash and then I'd go home! Now, it turns out they found me out and they want me to actually do something."
