LUCIFERMike Carey's "Lucifer" Vertigo series is currently in development for a television series at FOX, with a put pilot commitment in place -- meaning that the network will be subject to fees should the filmed pilot not actually air. "Californication" creator Tom Kapinos is set to write and executive produce. The original 75-issue run of the series focused on the Lord of Hell when he resigns his throne to go live in Los Angeles and open up a piano bar named Lux.

AGENT CARTERIn "Agent Carter" casting news, James D'Arcy has been added to the cast as Edwin Jarvis, the butler to Howard Stark and "an unexpected ally to Peggy Carter." The character, who was butler to the Avengers in the comics, was reinvented in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as J.A.R.V.I.S., Tony Stark's AI system -- and this is the first time the character will appear as a human.

POWERSThe first look at Sony PlayStation Network's adaptation of "Powers" has hit in the form of a photo, featuring Sharlto Copley as Christian Walker and Susan Heyward as Deena Pilgrim. Series creator Brian Michael Bendis told USA Today that the show would be a "different experience" than the source material.

"My dream was for the show and the books to almost run in parallel universes as they explore the same themes," Bendis said.

DOCTOR STRANGENew reports state that Marvel is in final negotiations to shoot "Doctor Strange" at Pinewood-Shepperton Studios in the UK, with a rumored 2015 start for a 2016 release. However, nothing has been officially confirmed. If the rumor is true, it's likely more official information from Marvel will be coming soon.

GOTHAMFOX has released three new preview clips for "Gotham," all of them about 30 seconds, and most of them containing imagery that's been seen previously. Still worth a look for the snippets of new content, though.

Variety reports FOX's recent viral campaign to turn part of New York City into Gotham City, parking a GCPD police cruiser outside of the New York Public Library and allowing fans to get an early sneak peek at the first episode. There was also a Gotham City speakeasy set up at the top of the library.

ARROWGreen Arrow TV has posted 25 new photos from the season premiere of "Arrow," including new looks at Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer.

In casting news, Nick Tarabay has been tapped to portray Captain Boomerang on "Arrow." The "Spartacus" alum will appear in the series' seventh episode this season.

Finally, Spoiler TV has posted the gag reel for "Arrow" season two. It's worth watching, if only for the part where Deathstroke dances.
