The Chicago Tribune has reported that "Suicide Squad" will head across the border into the United States to film in the city next week. The shoot, which will focus on the skyline and areas by the river, will occur over night on Friday August 7 in downtown Chicago, continuing into the early morning. The article mentions that this footage will be part of a composite used to create fictional city skylines in the film and that no actors will be involved in the shoot.

The "Suicide Squad" cast did have some fun over the weekend, as reported by Uproxx. Members of the Squad went to the Osheaga Art and Music Festival in Montreal, where Enchantress actress Cara Delevingne's girlfriend Annie Clark of St. Vincent was performing.
