AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.

You can read a recap of last night's "S.H.I.E.L.D." right here. And there's also a promo for next week's ep, "Failed Experiments."

Actor Brett Dalton spoke with CBR about what it feels like to play the ever-changing villain of the series.

"It does feel good," said Dalton. "What's so great about this character is, he started off as one of the good guys, as one of the original team. Here we are, coming full circle, with him being on the completely opposite side of that. He's not just one of the bad guys -- he's the bad guy! He is the embodiment of, some would say, evil. That's an insane journey to have. Obviously, I didn't know about any of this journey that I was going to have when I first got the job. I'm not sure if the writers did, either, but it's been fun. I feel like I've gotten to do three characters. It's a remarkable experience. That's not something I would have had on a doctor or lawyer show."

ARROW

TV Line spoke with EP Wendy Mericle about "Arrow's" May 25 season four finale, and learned that the episode "was less about plot and more about unanswered questions about character stuff." She added, "We're going to take the team to a pretty dark place [so] it's much more about, 'Where are we going to pick these guys up?' [in the fall]. The character arcs that we built this season, we knew exactly where we wanted every character to end, and it was in a very sort of morally grey place. So they're asking themselves some pretty profound questions."

Airs Wednesdays on the CW

CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR

A new in-universe news segment from WHIH starring Leslie Bibb's Christine Everhart (as well as "Daily Show" alum Al Madrigal) has been released.

In an interview with Marvel UK & Ireland, Tom Holland revealed what it was like to put on his Spider-Man suit for the first time.

"Sadly, I have to say it was a little disappointing," Holland said. "My stunt double at the time was a little taller than I am, and I had to wear his suit because they didn't have one for me! So it was kind of baggy the first time I tried it on, and it wasn't as cool as I hoped!"

DOCTOR STRANGE

The casting of white actress Tilda Swinton in "Doctor Strange" as the Ancient One, a character portrayed as a Tibetan man in the original Marvel comics, has led to criticisms of whitewashing. A Marvel spokesperson has released a statement addressing the controversy to Mashable.

Marvel has a very strong record of diversity in its casting of films and regularly departs from stereotypes and source material to bring its MCU to life. The Ancient One is a title that is not exclusively held by any one character, but rather a moniker passed down through time, and in this particular film the embodiment is Celtic. We are very proud to have the enormously talented Tilda Swinton portray this unique and complex character alongside our richly diverse cast.

Director Bryan Singer spoke with Empire about the Wolverine cameo in the latest trailer, telling fans to "make of that what you want."

"I will say, it's not simple," he added. "There's something more pivotal that occurs with that. It hints to a sequence that again fits within the canon of all six movies, and the birth of a new direction. It's not insignificant, nor is it simply just a throw-in. It's not the only shot you're gonna see, let's put it that way."
