BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE

Ben Affleck spoke with USA Today about the political nature of "BvS."

"[The screenwriters] had many conversations about politics and the nature of politics in movies," said Affleck. "This is a movie that has a substance to it ... and is provocative. I don't think it's strident, I don't think it's preachy, but I think it does raise the question of, 'What happens to us when we become afraid of one another?' which is a very current theme. It doesn't mean to lecture at you or to hector you, but I do think that it's a ballsy movie and evocative, and a movie that isn't just about two cartoon characters slugging it out."

AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.

"S.H.I.E.L.D." stars Brett Dalton and Chloe Bennet spoke with CBR about the current episodes of the show, with Bennet speaking about Daisy's relationship with Lincoln.

"I think with any relationship, if you work together and you're in a relationship, I think whether you're an Inhuman or in S.H.I.E.L.D. or you're [showrunners] Marissa [Tancharoen] and Jed [Whedon], I think there's going to be problems just because you're with each other all the time," said Bennet. "And I think it gets a little bit bizarre because I'm more of the leader of the team. Women in the relationship are usually wearing the pants. I think Daisy probably wears the pants."

My whole childhood growing up, I wanted to be a superhero and we didn't really have the female superheroes who were in the limelight at the time....To get to grow up and do that would be really a dream come true, but I'm waiting as much as anyone else."
