LEGENDS OF TOMORROW

Ronnie Raymond -- or at least a version of the character -- may be headed back to the small screen. Former Firestorm actor Robbie Amell posted a picture to his Facebook page of the hero's quantum splicer with the caption "Hello old friend."

Amell's former Firestorm partner, Victor Garber, posted a new picture of the pair together. The image is tagged with "Legends of Tomorrow," which is the show Garber is on, thus hinting that Amell's possible return could be on the new CW series.

AGENT CARTER

ABC has released the first clip from "Agent Carter" season two, which sees Jarvis giving Peggy a ride.

AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.

There's a recap for last night's "S.H.I.E.L.D." midseason finale, "Maveth," here on CBR. There's also a teaser for "S.H.I.E.L.D.'s" return in March and "Agent Carter's" January premiere.

Last night's "S.H.I.E.L.D." featured a big, spoilery development for Grant Ward. Brett Dalton spoke with CBR about his character's new direction.

"You know, this is a new direction -- obviously [laughs] -- and this is something that is a very big departure and, in some ways, harder to do than the original turn," said Dalton. "Regardless, I'm very thankful that this particular character has had such a journey, because I feel like I've gotten to play three different characters, a new character each season almost, and that's a real blessing to have such an arc and such a range of things I get to do with the same character."

Clark Gregg talked to TV Line about the surprising development, saying he didn't know what would happen when he read the script. "I knew that I was going through the portal and that Ward was on the other side. I knew that it was going to be a pretty final showdown, and yet I was not prepared for reading that script. There are a few scripts over the course of the 55 or whatever we've done that generate a stunned text [message] thread amongst the cast, and this was one of the most active and shocked text threads. At the same time, I love what they came up with in terms of paying off the showdown in a completely final way, but at the same time leaving us the brilliant Brett Dalton still to play with."

Returns to ABC on March 8

CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR

While speaking with Entertainment Weekly, Spider-Man actor Tom Holland talked about "Civil War" -- specifically what he doesn't know about the movie.

"I don't even know what Civil War is about," said Holland. "I was only working on it for a week or two weeks or something. So they offered for me to read the script, and I said 'No, I don't want to read it, because I'll be doing all these interviews and I'll end up telling secrets and stuff. I've got such a big mouth.' So I actually don't know what it's about. I'm going to watch this film as an audience member, rather than someone who is in it. I'll be like, 'I wonder what my bits are about?'"

THE FLASH

You can check out a recap of last night's "Flash" winter finale over here. There's also a promo for the show's return, released by the CW.

TV Line has a scoop on Iris West's love life, saying that "the new year may usher in her first post-Eddie romance." The CW is casting a "handsome African-American actor in his 20s" to play Iris' new CCPN boss, Scott.

While talking to Variety, Keiynan Lonsdale talked about the sibling rivalry Wally West will have with Barry Allen.

"So that's another family member that Wally's kind of forced to have, but Barry isn't his blood, you know?" said Lonsdale. "And because Barry is such a nice guy, and a good guy, that can be even more frustrating for Wally. He doesn't want to let a lot of people in, and... as cool as Barry is, Wally doesn't want to let him in. So that creates this kind of cool little sibling rivalry, in a sense. At least from Wally's point of view, without admitting it. I don't think he would admit that to himself. It's going to be quite funny."

SPIDER-MAN

While speaking with Variety, lead actor Tom Holland gave fans a bit of a hint about what to expect when he swings onscreen as the wall-crawler -- and, according to him, some of it might look familiar. When asked about how his Peter Parker compares to the previous two, Holland said, "The only difference I'm going to tell you is that I'm way younger, and at the moment, there's going to be both things from Tobey [Maguire] and Andrew's [Garfield] character that I'm going to steal. But there's one very specific path that [director] Jon [Watts] and I agree on and we'd like to take the character down and explore his background."

THE WALKING DEAD

Jeffrey Dean Morgan has spoken about the version of Negan he will be playing on "The Walking Dead."

"The character itself is going to be as close as humanly possible," he told Entertainment Weekly. When asked about the character's trademark profanity and if it could be included on AMC, he replied: "Look, it's a speed bump. I'm not going to say it's an issue because they're working on it. We're going to push AMC -- the plan is to push them as far as they can because it's who Negan is. He uses some colorful language. And I use some colorful language. And reading the comic, it's important. So we'll see where that lands. It's our intention that this character is going to leap off the pages of the comic book. It's very important that that's who it is. Some of the characters there's much more leeway, but Negan is a guy that you want to keep as true as possible, and that would be how I want to play him as well."
