THE FLASH

While speaking with IGN last week, "Flash" star Grant Gustin weighed in on who he thinks Zoom is -- specifically, if he thinks the villain is Earth-2 Barry Allen.

AGENT CARTER

IGN has an interview with "Agent Carter" star Hayley Atwell, who opened up about the changes her character has seen.

"I think she's in a very different place emotionally because she's let go of the grief she had of Captain America," said Atwell. "So her heart is a bit more open to possible romance, and so she finds herself in the middle of a love triangle out here. And there's the visual aspect of it being shot in LA with the light. Everything's a lot lighter. Her clothes are slightly different. Her hair's longer because she's embraced the glamour of Hollywood a little bit, and I think that also reflects how she is emotionally. She went through a period of kind of struggling to find her feet in the SSR or fighting in a very subtle way the sexism she found in the male dominated environment. She, at the end, doesn't necessarily win everyone's respect. Jack Thompson, for example, takes the credit that she probably deserves, but she actually says she knows her value, so she doesn't need that praise. So I think the first season is not so much that she actually is able to establish herself to everyone as an equal, but yet, for herself, she uses it as a source of strength for her own worth. So in that respect, she's a lot more confident. So I think she's coming out into this new world of Hollywood, met at the airport by Jarvis, her dear friend. And she can embark on something a little lighter. But of course, given the nature of this genre, it's going to go dark very quickly, but she's a little bit more quick this season to deal with it with an open heart."

CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR

ComicBook.com has a quote from "Civil War" director Joe Russo about the possibility of seeing romance in the "Captain America" sequel.

"That falls under the surprise in the story as well, but we can only keep Cap romantically uninvolved for so long," said Russo. "At some point, something has to happen with that character, so we are very aware of his lack of romantic life. We want to keep dimensionalizing his character so maybe something interesting will happen."

DAREDEVIL

Entertainment Weekly caught up with Jon Bernthal, who plays the Punisher in season two of "Daredevil."

"He's a guy who brought the war home with him [in] the worst possible way," said Bernthal when asked to describe his character. "There are a lot of iterations of this character and in all of them it's a man who's gone through this unbelievable trauma and what's interesting about our take on him is how this trauma reshapes his own philosophy. I can't give too much away, but what's interesting is the way [showrunners Doug Petrie and Marco Ramirez] have made his story a slow burn. It's interesting to find this guy at the point we find him. You want an evolution and a process. He starts in one place and will end up in another."

Bernthal also spoke about the character during the show's presentation at the winter 2016 TCAs.

"I think, for me, since so much of Season 1 was about Matt sort of dealing with this decision to be a hero," said Bernthal of the show's lead, Daredevil. "I think here comes this guy who, you know, he's really not concerned with that, about being a hero. And I think, if I got one thing from the comics, I think, as far as superpowers, his superpower is his rage. His superpower is that he is not going to quit, and he is going to go forward no matter what. And that's as human and grounded a quality as I think -- as this sort of genre could sort of have, and I think that is the perfect show to introduce a character like that -- to reintroduce it."

DEADPOOL

Two new TV spots have aired for "Deadpool."

Citing local media reports, The Hollywood Reporter states "Deadpool" has been denied distribution in China, with its more than 20,000 movie screens, because of depictions of violence, nudity and graphic language. That country's censors often work with Hollywood studios to re-edit R-rated movies so they can meet with approval. However, THR's sources contend it wasn't possible for Fox to cut the objectionable material from "Deadpool" without creating plot problems. Fox declined comment on the story.

GOTHAM

While speaking to IGN during the Television Critics Association press tour, FOX Chairman and CEO Gary Newman said Fox would "certainly be open to considering" spinoffs from "Gotham."

"We're really happy with the creative on Gotham this year," said Newman. "We thought the Rise of the Villains has been great, and it feels like a world that has many, many stories to tell. We haven't had any conversations with Warners about whether or not they'd want to do a spinoff series. I think that would be an issue for DC. It isn't quite clear to me that they'd be ready to do that, but it's a good idea."

IGN spoke with Rachael Taylor about the prospect of her character, Trish Walker, becoming the superhero called Hellcat.

"I try not to get ahead of myself and think about it too much because it's easy to get carried away and think about things," said Taylor. "You don't want to count your eggs before they hatch. We just found out about the second season today and this is my first show that's gone to a second season so I'm super stoked. I already feel like I have more than my share, in a way, being on Netflix, being in the Marvel Universe, being on this show that has resonated so deeply with people. But, of course, it would be amazing! [Laughs] It's already a privilege to play a history that has so much lineage within the Marvel universe and to take it that one step further, is something that, yeah... I'd love to get my teeth stuck into whatever happens to the character.

LEGION

At Saturday's TCA panel, X Networks CEO John Landgraf revealed (via Deadline) that the network already has "Legion" marked down for a 2016 debut. We already knew that a cast was coming together, but Landgraf said that there are also sets being built and a writers room working on scripts. Though he was cautious about giving any promises, Landgraf said, "I'm pretty optimistic about 'Legion.' The scripts are extraordinary."

Landgraf revealed that the show will be set in an different reality than the "X-Men" films to date. What's more, characters that have appeared on the big screen before may not be making the transition to TV. "It takes place in a parallel universe," he explained. "The US government is in the early days of being aware of mutants, but not the public. I don't foresee any characters moving back and forth (between the movies and the series)."

Pilot in development at FX

SUICIDE SQUAD

Director David Ayer has revealed a set of stylish character posters for "Suicide Squad."

SUPERGIRL

Jeremy Jordan, who plays Winn Schott, spoke with TV Line about his relationship with his father, the villainous Toyman.

"It parallels Kara's relationship [with her birth parents] a bit, because she feels abandoned even though they had to do what they had to do," said Jordan. "For Winn, it was abandonment without a reason and without understanding. We'll learn a little more about why and what that was. He's definitely holding on to some deep, dark emotions when it comes to confronting his dad that are brought to the surface very quickly."

CBS has also released a sneak preview of tonight's episode, "Childish Things," that features Supergirl soaring through the skies alongside Martian Manhunter.

Wonder Woman Set Photos (2016)

In a chat with E!, Chris Pine declined to comment on whether or not Lynda Carter, who played Wonder Woman in the '70s TV show, would make an appearance in the film.

"If I could tell you that I wouldn't," said Pine, "but I can't."
