THE FLASH

TV Line has an interview with new addition Shantel VanSanten and Patty Spivot's relationships with the existing cast members. VanSanten talked about Patty's date with Barry in tonight's episode of "Flash."

"Well, we have a really, really fun date episode coming up [on Nov. 3], that Grant [Gustin] and I have both seen parts of," said VanSanten. "It's really light-hearted and fun, their relationship. Most women, if you ask, will say they want 'a man who makes them laugh,' and that was the first way they really connected after she totally geeked out on him and his forensics reports. They connect through telling the same jokes and understanding each other, so moving forward there's a lot of that -- a lot of nerdiness, a lot of scientific conversations. But she and Barry also work alongside each other on crime scenes, so solving things together will bring them closer, too."

There's a new wormhole-centric clip from tonight's "Flash," too.

In an interview with CBR, actress Peyton List talked about the family dynamic we will see tonight between her character Lisa Snart and her father and brother.

"We know from what was established on this version of 'The Flash' that it's a very strenuous relationship with their father, but it's not really touched on in the episode," said List. "We talk about him. We know that he's out there, there's probably some bad blood and not much more than that. You actually do get to meet their father and it answers a lot of questions. It also expands on the story. It's an ever-evolving relationship and a lot of things happen in that episode that really crystalizes what that relationship actually is like."

CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR

While attending the premiere of "I Saw the Light" in Nashville, Elizabeth Olsen spoke to ComicBook.com about the differences between starring in the Hank Williams biopic and playing Scarlet Witch.

"Acting like a witch with a lot of powers in really difficult," said Olsen. "It's really hard actually. I'd much rather experience this a thousand times over but I do love getting to play Scarlet Witch. It's hard because it's pure imagination and there's nothing to grasp on to. In a film like ['I Saw The Light'], reaching from your own experiences, real experiences, experiences that you know that happened... A world that you know which is Earth without super heroes. You have a lot more to hold onto in this movie."

While speaking with Business Insider UK, Daniel Bruhl -- who plays Baron Zemo -- revealed that his villain won't be wearing a mask in the movie.

"He does not wear the mask," said Bruhl when asked about Zemo's iconic purple mask. "You would be surprised, it's different than what you'd think. It's loosely connected to this character. But that's what I like about the Marvel guys, some of the characters and things they're dealing with always reference to current events so my character is from a different area than you would think."

ComicBook.com also spoke with EP John Stephens about the gradual introduction of Batman supporting player Azrael into the show.

"We will be going deeper into the Order of St. Dumas over the next run of episodes, and it will continue to play an evolving role for the rest of the season," Stephens said to ComicBook.com "And yes, we wouldn't be telling an Order of St. Dumas story without also intending to tell an Azrael story. Just keep watching."
