CROW

Variety has learned that Relativity Studios may chose to sell off the domestic rights to "The Crow" and "Hunter Killer" in order to pay off the $150 million the studio owes lenders. The debt was originally supposed to be settled by May 31, but Relativity worked out a thirty-day extension -- an extension that is almost up. If Relativity can't pay, founder Ryan Kavanaugh could lose control of the studio.

GAMBIT

Channing Tatum took part in a Reddit AMA yesterday, opening up about the recent addition of Rupert Wyatt to the film as director.

"We finally found someone that I really do believe wants to make Gambit," Tatum said. "And I just really think because Gambit is not the most popular or the biggest hero, I think there's a really unique opportunity. Marvel's done a lot of great movies that have made a ridiculous amount of money, and it's always good to figure how to change the form."

KICK-ASS

Despite the lackluster performance of "Kick-Ass 2," producer Matthew Vaughn confirmed to Yahoo that there are plans for both a prequel and sequel in the franchise.

"We're working on an idea for a prequel of how did Hit Girl and Big Daddy become Hit Girl and Big Daddy," he said. "If we make that, hopefully that will be the sorbet for the people that didn't like 'Kick-Ass 2' and then we can go off and make 'Kick-Ass 3'... I think we've got to do this prequel to regain the love that we had with 'Kick-Ass.'"

SUICIDE SQUAD

During Viola Davis' recent appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live," made available via Yahoo, the "How To Get Away With Murder" actress talked at length about the role and the currently filming "Suicide Squad."

First, Kimmel admitted that he's a Marvel guy and therefore hadn't heard of Waller. "She's supposed to be one of the main characters, one of the main villains, I don't know how you would not know her," said Davis, feigning incredulity.

"I have my battle wounds," said Davis. She showed her pinky, saying that "there was a big flap of skin that came off and I can't tell you what I was doing to get this wound or else I would have to kill you."

"We're playing sociopaths," said Davis. When asked if Waller is good or bad, the actress replied, "She is a bad ass...Superman would quake in his tights. Absolutely." That sounds like the Waller fans know and love.

David Ayer also tweeted another behind-the-scenes pic from the "Suicide Squad" set.
