AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone spoke with CBR about "Amazing Spider-Man 2's" big ending. Don't click through if you would prefer to avoid spoilers, because it discusses the conclusion of the film at length.
"It's a defining moment in the comics, and not just in the 'Spider-Man' comics, but in comic book history," Andrew Garfield told CBR of the ending.
target="_blank">ComingSoon.net spoke with director Marc Webb about the ending, which took its cues from the comics.
"It's a controversial thing in the comic, certainly," Webb told ComingSoon.net. "People flipped the f*ck out, but it also ushered in a new era of comics. It changed Spider-Man but it changed all of comics because people took it seriously. It's like 'Game of Thrones.' When somebody pulls out a blade, you're like, 'I don't know what the f*ck's going to happen.' And that's important, that kind of drama. It's important that actions have consequences. I think that it's easy to lose track of the idea that these people are dealing with really dangerous elements of the universe."

AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRONDuring the press rounds for "Godzilla," Elizabeth Olsen and Aaron Taylor-Johnson briefly discussed their upcoming roles in "Avengers: Age of Ultron" as the Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, respectively.
"I'm still reading comics, and I love looking at fan pages for something like that. I think for something like a comic book character, that's something else," Olsen told Screenrant. "But I'm also the first human interpretation of the Scarlet Witch, so you want to be able to honor cartoons and comics and fans and all of that. But bring your own thing to it that you're creating. So that's been a really fun process... But it's awesome because she's dope."
