AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.

You can read a recap of last night's episode, "The Team," right here on CBR. There's also a promo for next week's episode, "The Singularity."

Actor Brett Dalton gave a spoiler-filled interview to CB.com about Hive's new wealth following last night's big final act.

"Money allows you to do a whole bunch of things and, as we've talked about with Hive, he has a global way of thinking," said Dalton. "Malick's fortune provides a...really, the actions are limitless with a purse that big. He's got something planned. We're going to see him start setting his plan into motion and it's not a small plan. It's got to start somewhere, but the ramifications are meant to be on a global level. You're right, he does have this kind of this sway over Inhumans, and that's what we learn many of the details about that. Keep that in mind."

Chloe Bennet also spoke with CBR about the episode's ending, which revealed that Daisy had been infected and put against her team.

"I had a really, really hard time with it. I am this character... I've played her for 10 months of the year for the past three years," said Bennet. "You really start to sense your character and who you are; you get really close to this person you're playing, and -- when they do something that's bad -- it's really hard to kind of rationalize that, especially when it's something like being under sway, which is basically being forced to be under some sort of drug. So that was really hard and difficult for me to do. Eventually, it started to be fun, but it was more confusing at the beginning of it. It's a big twist! The worst part was, it was hard to blame it on Lincoln."

SUPERHEROES

While he wouldn't specify which studio he may be in talks with, Jeff Goldblum played it coy when MTV asked if he's currently talking about taking on a role in a superhero film. "Uh, I can say very little right now, but... you might be onto something," said Goldblum. "You might be, you might be." The superhero talk starts at 2:37 in the video below.

SUICIDE SQUAD

While speaking with Entertainment Weekly, Viola Davis said that she did not receive any weird gifts from Jared Leto -- and that's probably for the best.

"He gave very interesting gifts," said Davis. "I did not receive any personally, or else I would have got my husband -- who was called 'Headache Ball' back in the day when he played football -- and I would have said, 'Take care of the Joker.'"

ComicBook.com spoke with Joel Kinnaman -- who plays Rick Flagg -- about filming "Suicide Squad" and what his take on the movie is.

"There's just so much going on in this movie," Kinnaman goes on. "It's just so rich. This movie has like 8, 9, 10 characters that all have a lot of contrast and different sides and all get their moment and everybody playing them feels really committed to it. A lot seriousness, emotional depth, but then a lot fun and humor in this film. There's a ton of stuff I look forward to seeing."

SUPERGIRL

You can read our recap of last night's "Supergirl" season finale right here.

"Supergirl" has not yet been renewed for a second season, and executive producer Ali Adler spoke about that in a post-show interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

"We all have to be positive," said Adler. "I think [CBS president] Les Moonves was speaking to someone and just candidly said, 'All freshman series are returning,' and I hope he meant us. I think everyone at CBS wants this show to last and I think we're all working for that angle."

The first season of "Supergirl" is now available to pre-order on Blu-ray and DVD on Amazon.

EP Andrew Kreisberg also shared a fact about season one that you don't yet know.
