It occurs to me that it seems like many comic book covers are homages. Which is fine with me. I have no problem with it. It just made me think, though, how long could I go before I hit a week where NO new comic book was released that had a cover that was an homage to something? The streak began on September 27, 2012. It's been over a YEAR since I last updated it (my bad!), but totally by coincidence, this past week would be Week 300 if the streak gets that far (hint, see the headline, it got that far). It's really funny that I just happened to choose this week to update the streak. It really was a lucky coincidence (kind of eerie, though, right?).
