Netflix teamed up with Tae-Bo creator Billy Blanks to create a 40-minute Cobra Kai workout.

The "Cobra Kai Bo Workout with Sensei Billy Blanks" was posted on Netflix's YouTube channel for fans of the ass-kicking series to use for exercise (not combat) in their home.

"Join honorary Cobra Kai Sensei Billy Blanks to learn how to strike first, strike hard, and show no mercy," the video's caption read. "This is Tae-Bo, the Cobra Kai way."

The video opens with a brief introductory voice-over from Cobra Kai's William Zabka (Johnny). Instructor Blanks then explains, "I'm going to push you like never before. And remember; strike first, strike hard, and no mercy."

The Cobra Kai-inspired workout begins with a warmup that consists of stretching and a set of eight pushups. Blanks then demonstrates the various stances, footwork and moves that will be used throughout the workout. Blanks is also accompanied by four women, who rock '80s-inspired workout gear in a red, yellow and black color scheme.

An accomplished American Taekwondo practitioner and actor, Blanks is best known as the creator of the Tae-Bo exercise program, which debuted in the '90s. The name "Tae-Bo" is a portmanteau of taekwondo and boxing and is a nod to the combination of martial arts and boxing training moves that makeup Blanks' workout routines.

Blanks' Cobra Kai-inspired workout dropped about a week before Cobra Kai actor Barrett Carnahan, who portrays the young version of series antagonist John Kreese, teased that a spinoff about his character may be on the horizon at Netflix.

"I have no idea what they plan to do; all I can say is I'm just so lucky they decided to pick me for Season 3,"  Carnahan recently told CBR. "I hope there's more to the story but we'll just have to wait and see. He added that spinoff would "be incredible," noting, "That'd be so badass to learn more about Kreese. I think that the fans would love that. There's been a lot of fans saying that they want that online and on social media and that just warms my heart."

Cobra Kai stars William Zabka, Ralph Macchio, Courtney Henggeler, Xolo Maridueña, Mary Mouser, Tanner Buchanan, Jacob Bertrand, Gianni Decenzo, Peyton List and Martin Kove. All three seasons available to stream on Netflix.
