Karate prodigy and car dealership owner Daniel LaRusso's mansion in Cobra Kai is now available to purchase in real life.

The mansion is currently on the market for $2.65 million. While Netflix's martial arts show has the mansion set in Encino, California, the actual property is actually located in the city of Marietta, Georgia. Built in 2008, the mansion is 9,214 square feet and includes six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

"Known by millions as the LaRusso Mansion from Netflix's smash hit, Cobra Kai, Villa Flora offers an unparalleled lifestyle right in the heart of East Cobb," the listing reads. "Rich with history and architectural significance, the sprawling estate is set on a serene lot providing the utmost privacy." The listing also states that the house has hosted many important guests, including "two sitting former U.S. presidents [and] legendary golfer Arnold Palmer."

Pictures of the mansion included with the listing showcase a stone- and brick-tiled shower. The entrance to the shower consists of two wooden barn doors that swing open to unveil the stone space. The shower, more so than any other feature of the house, appears tohave caught the eyes of numerous Instagram commenters.

Daniel LaRusso's mansion was most recently seen as the battlegrounds for the climatic duel between the students of warring karate dojos Cobra Kai and Miyagi-Do in the final episode of Cobra Kai's third season. The final moment of the episode saw the creation of an alliance between Daniel LaRusso's Miyagi-Do and Johnny Lawrence's Eagle Fang as the two former rivals prepared to train their students together. It was recently revealed that the fourth season of Cobra Kai, the first season produced by Netflix after the show's departure from YouTube Premium, is set to premiere during the fourth quarter of 2021 along with upcoming seasons of The Witcher and You. Vanessa Rubio (Carmen Diaz) and Peyton List (Tory Nichols) were promoted from recurring cast members to series regulars for Season 4.

Cobra Kai stars William Zabka, Ralph Macchio, Courtney Henggeler, Xolo Maridueña, Mary Mouser, Tanner Buchanan, Jacob Bertrand, Gianni DeCenzo, Peyton List and Martin Kove. Seasons 1, 2 and 3 are currently available to stream on Netflix. Season 4 does not currently have a premiere date.
