As Cobra Kai comes to Netflix, a video game adaptation of the acclaimed Karate Kid continuation series is coming to home consoles to help fans with the wait for Season 3.

Publisher GameMill Entertainment announced Cobra Kai: The Karate Kid Saga Continues, a side-scrolling beat-'em-up game featuring the characters from the series, including Ralph Macchio and William Zabka reprising their fan-favorite roles as Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence, respectively. Slated for release this October, GameMill also unveiled a trailer showing the two-player co-op brawler in action.

Players can choose between eight different characters from the series, with Daniel and Johnny joined by their students Miguel, Sam, Robby and more. Both the Cobra Kai and Miyagi-Do dojos will have their own story campaigns, with completion of both unlocking the game's true ending as players battle through waves of goons and formidable boss opponents.

Across the 28 story missions, each of the fighters will have their own signature special moves and unlockable skill trees, from Hawk unleashing Phoenix-like attacks to Daniel possessing ice powers in a quirky nod to The Karate Kid II.
