Close Enough premiered just under a month ago, dropping its first season on HBO Max on July 9. The series was first announced back in 2017 (shortly after Regular Show's conclusion) and was originally slated to air on TBS. However, it was hit with numerous delays before the network axed its planned animation block. This past October, it was officially announced that Close Enough had found a new home at HBO Max. The series follows Josh and Emily, a 30-something married couple raising their daughter, Candice, while living with their divorced friends, Alex and Bridgette, in a cramped Los Angeles apartment -- often finding themselves in bizarre situations.

Created by J.G. Quintel, Close Enough stars Quintel, Gabrielle Walsh, Jason Mantzoukas, James Adomian, Kimiko Glenn, Jessica DiCicco, Kelly Ohanian, Jim Cummings, Maurice LaMarche and Jeff Bennett. Season 1 is currently streaming on HBO Max.
