When she isn't drawing comics like Batman or The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, Becky Cloonan is self-publishing her own awesome minicomics like The Mire and Wolves. Her latest, Demeter, is now available for pre-order on WereHouse.ca, a site that also features work by Karl Kerschl and Andy Belanger.

Cloonan said she decided to move from her previous storefront at Big Cartel to the new site because of the response she's received to her self-published comics.

"The main reason for the new store is because I just can’t keep up with this stuff on my own," she wrote on her blog. "It’s grown way bigger than I ever thought possible! I am overwhelmed by the support you’ve shown me over the last few years, and I’m pleased to say that I’ve mailed out over 4,000 books in that time!!! This whole thing has been a huge learning experience, since I basically jumped into this without any idea of what to expect, and now I feel like I might kind of know what I’m doing! (More or less.) Now with the Lounak guys behind Werehouse, it’ll free up more of my time at the studio to getting comics drawn!"

Demeter is available in three different version -- a $5 regular edition, a $10 signed/silk screen edition and a $50 signed with sketch edition that's limited to 100 copies. You can find it, collected editions of Kerschl's Abominable Charles Christopher, prints, shirts and lots of other cool stuff at WereHouse.ca.
