The upcoming new slate of content for Star Wars Battlefront II is bringing in some familiar faces from a famous war.

At EA's press conference for the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), DICE revealed its shooter's next DLC will be focused on the Clone Wars from the prequel films. There'll be a new map set on Geonosis from Episode II and is said to be the "largest level ever built for Battlefront."

In addition to Geonosis, new Heroes from the series' large roster of characters will be added as well. Naturally, both prequel era characters Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker will join the game's cast, along with Separatist members Count Dooku and General Grievous. No further heroes or details were announced at the time, such as the number of lightsabers Grievous will be able to wield.

No release window was announced for the Clone Wars DLC; Battlefront II is about to release a new season of content next week that ties into the recently released film Solo: A Star Wars Story. Not only does it feature Han and Lando in their youth, but it also gives players the ability to fly the Millennium Falcon.
