With his brother Ron Howard now helming the upcoming Han Solo movie, the odds were good Clint Howard would have a role in the Star Wars spin-off.RELATED: Han Solo Film Is ‘Coming Along Great,’ Ron Howard AssuresTwitter user Andylov123 replied to a tweet from the director, asking for confirmation of something we all knew in our hearts was coming. Clint, the younger brother of Ron, began his acting career at the tender age of two, appearing on The Andy Griffith Show numerous times. He has also appeared in a number of Star Trek episodes and Arrested Development, a show which his brother narrates. Over the years, Clint has appeared in virtually every film his brother has directed, usually in a small role, but one that is always eagerly looked for by fans. It's not yet clear in what capacity he'll appear in the Han Solo movie.

Ron Howard, of course, took over the direction of the untitled Han Solo anthology movie after the departure of Phil Lord and Christopher Miller. The duo were released from the film after clashing with longtime Star Wars contributor, Lawrence Kasdan, and having creative differences from the studio.
