Christopher Nolan's Next Film Adds Twilight, Guardians of the Galaxy Stars

The next Christopher Nolan film is currently deep in pre-production, with the next movie by the director being developed in secret. Virtually nothing is known about the film, but insider chatter suggests that it will be an action-heavy blockbuster. However, while it's currently unclear what exactly the film will be about, we now know two more of the stars that are officially involved in the project.

Variety reports that Robert Pattinson and Elizabeth Debicki have officially joined the cast of the film. While not details were given about their roles, they'll appear alongside previously confirmed cast mate and BlacKKKlansman star John David Washington.

Pattinson is most famous for his starring role in the Twilght franchise, although the actor has transitioned to more critically-acclaimed independent fare since that cinematic series ended.

Debicki appeared in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 as Ayesha, the villainous queen of the Sovereign, and other tentpole films like The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Production on Nolan's film is set to begin later this year.

Nolan's last film, the World War II epic Dunkirk, earned over $500 million worldwide and garnered Nolan his first Academy Award nomination for Best Director.
