Captain America actor Chris Evans posted a few training videos from 2013 in honor of the release of Avengers: Infinity War next week, showing his prep work for the elevator fight sequence in 2014's Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and the videos are intense, to say the least.Evans posted the short clips to his Twitter account today. In the first video, Evans is alone in a space about the size of the elevator as he goes through the process of perfecting the choreographed motions as people in the background call them out to him. The next two video are quite a bit more frantic, featuring the rest of the actors in the sequence as they do run-throughs of portions of the scene. The first of these videos is the very beginning of the sequence in the film when Cap begins fighting with Hydra's S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, while the second video is when Cap's arm gets magnetically attached to the side wall of the elevator after Rumlow kicks it.RELATED: Infinity War Will Be Funnier Than the Captain America Movies

Captain America: The Winter Soldier remains one of the most important films in the MCU, so seeing these prep videos from Evans goes to show just how much work was put into choreographing the high intensity fight sequences in the film, of which there were many. And don't worry, Evans made sure to post a video of the prep for the knife fight sequence with the Winter Soldier.
