In case you're wondering how Chris Evans will look back on his time in the Marvel Cinematic Universe once his run as Captain America is over, the Avengers: Infinity War star assures his fans there's at least one aspect of playing the superhero he'll miss -- and it's a big one.
"Oh, everything,” Evans told Entertainment Tonight when asked what he'll miss most about playing Steve Rogers. “I mean, it’s not just the character, it’s the people – the experience, such good movies, such wonderful memories. I’ll miss a lot.”
Evans recently made public what many fans have long theorized -- his Marvel Studios contract is up as soon as he finishes reshoots for the still untitled Avengers 4. "You want to get off the train before they push you off," the actor said, indicating he has no plans to return for more films even if Marvel should ask him to re-up his contract.
Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, Avengers: Infinity War stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, Paul Bettany, Anthony Mackie, Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Olsen, Tom Holland, Benedict Cumberbatch, Chadwick Boseman, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel, Tom Hiddleston and Josh Brolin, among others. The film opens April 27.
