Avengers: Endgame star Chris Evans proved once again that he is not just a hero on the big screen, but in real life as well.

The actor, known best for his role as Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, took to Twitter on Monday to promote the auctioning of a screen-used Captain America shield for charity. Executive Producer of Marvel Studios Victoria Alonso donated the shield to Girl Powerful, a youth empowerment program designed to give female youth the tools to build a strong sense of self. The shield will come with a certificate of authenticity signed by Marvel Senior Prop Master, Russell Bobbitt.
