Following recent allegations of sexual misconduct involving underage girls, Army of the Dead actor and comedian Chris D'Elia has offered a response.

Speaking with TMZ, D'Elia claimed he's never tried to pursue anyone underage. "All of my relationships have been both legal and consensual and I have never met or exchanged any inappropriate photos with the people who have tweeted about me," he said. D'Elia then apologized for being "a dumb guy who ABSOLUTELY let [himself] get caught up in [his] lifestyle."

On June 16, Simone Rossi accused D'Elia of grooming her when she was only 16 years old. After Rossi's initial post, many more allegations about the comedian surfaced from different women, with some saying he solicited nude photos from them. Many of the accusations can be found in a Twitter thread by user SheRatesDogs.

In addition to his stand-up career, D'Elia has appeared on The Good DoctorAlone Together and You. D'Elia will be featured in the upcoming Netflix film Army of the Dead, which is directed by Zack Snyder and also stars Dave Bautista.
