The first official poster for Netflix's Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is here!
Series creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa released the poster on Twitter earlier today. While the title character's silhouette takes up most of the photo, another familiar character is prominent in the foreground: Sabrina's cat Salem. The warlock-turned-house pet has been the cause for much speculation among fans, especially since Aguirre-Sacasa confirmed his presence in this iteration of the story back in February. A voice actor for Salem has not yet been confirmed.
The series, based on the comic book by the same name by Aguirre-Sacasa and artist Robert Hack, will look at the life of Sabrina the Teenage Witch through a horror-style lens. The half-witch, half-mortal will have to contend with typical teenage woes as well as the not-so-typical ones that come from fighting the evil forces that threaten the world around her.

The promotional image also indicates that the series is coming soon. While an exact premiere date has not been announced, it is expected that the show will drop on Netflix sometime this year. Sabrina already has a two-season, 20-episode commitment from Netflix, and the anticipation is high among fans who look forward to a return to Greendale and the occult world of the Spellmans.
