"First concept art for #sabrina is coming in and looks FANTASTIC & chilling," Aguirre-Sacasa wrote on Twitter. "Thrilled to be working with @Malicebot."

The image shows Sabrina looking at a fire in the woods. The words "woods vision concept" appear in the corner, but their meaning is not clear at this time. It is, however, safe to assume it pertains to Sabrina' magical powers in some way. The art itself comes from production designer Lisa Soper, who Aguirre-Sacasa praised in the tweet.

In Chilling Adventures, Sabrina Spellman will be a teenage witch from Riverdale's sister city Greendale. The series will follow her as she comes into her powers and has to choose between using her magical abilities for good or evil. As a spinoff of Riverdale, the magical series will establish the stranger corners of the overarching universe — including its Lovecraftian elements. Like Riverdale, the show will be a darker take on the source material.
