Netflix’s upcoming adaptation of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina has its Ambrose Spellman and Mary Wardell. Doctor Who alum Michelle Gomez will play Mary Wardell, while Chance Perdomo will play Ambrose Spellman. Recently, series casting was announced for Sabrina’s best friend, Sabrina herself and -- of course -- Salem the cat.

Mary Wardell is Sabrina’s favorite teacher and a long-term mentor at Baxter High School. Unfortunately, she’s also a vessel for Madam Satan, which turns the mousy teacher in a seductive manipulator who tries to lead Sabrina down the Path of Night.

Ambrose Spellman is Sabrina’s English cousin and a proficient warlock. Ambrose has been placed under house arrest by the Witches Council and forced to remain in the Spellman household. That doesn’t seem to stop him from getting into trouble, though, as he and Sabrina frequently find themselves on the wrong side of some very eldritch magics.

Debuting this year on Netflix, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina stars Kiernan Shipka as Sabrina Spellman, Michelle Gomez as Mary Wardwell/Madam Satan, Jaz Sinclair as Rosalind Walker, Chance Perdomo as Ambrose Spellman. Fans are still eagerly awaiting casting information for Sabrina’s aunts, Hilda Spellman and Zelda Spellman, as well as Sabrina’s boyfriend, Harvey Kinkle.
