The Child's Play remake has once more taken aim at Toy Story 4, only this time, its marketing team has roasted a beloved animal from the ever-popular Disney/Pixar franchise. The horror movie's Twitter account released an image of Chucky -- or the killer puppet's arm -- flaying the back half of Toy Story's dachshund, Slink. The caption reads, "On June 21, find out what's really cooking" -- clearly indicating Child's Play is going to be heating the rivalry up and stroking the flames as both approach their release date of June 21.

Some fans have also pointed out the image is a bit meta, as it might actually be subtweeting Keanu Reeves' addition to Toy Story 4 as the new stuntman action figure, Duke Kaboom. As we know, Reeves is a huge dog lover, which, of course, flows into the John Wick franchise, the third chapter of which is currently in theaters.

This isn't the first stab Child's Play has taken at the family-friendly franchise, however, as it recently had Chucky 'killing' Woody, confirming that, while Toy Story 4 may be the film that'll win the box office battle, it certainly won't win the marketing and social media war.
