Production on the upcoming film reboot of Charlie's Angels has officially wrapped, according to one of the stars of the film.
Naomi Scott (Power Rangers) confirmed that production has completed with a tweet saying “That’s a wrap." She will appear as one of the titular Angels in the film, alongside Ella Balinska (Room) and Kristen Stewart (Personal Shopper).

The film, which will be a continuation of the franchise instead of a blanket reboot, is being primed as a new take on the classic concept. The franchise centers around three women known as the Angels going on adventures at the command of their mysterious benefactor Charlie and his ally Bosley (who in this film will be portrayed not as a single character but more as a title used by multiple people).
Charlie’s Angels, directed by and starring Elizabeth Banks, will also feature Kristen Stewart, Ella Balinska, Naomi Scott, Patrick Stewart (Logan), Djimon Hounsou (Guardians of the Galaxy), Jonathan Tucker (Snowfall), Nat Faxon (Friends From College), Noah Centineo (To All the Boys I’ve Loved), Sarah Bennani (Shazam!) and Robert Maaser (Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation), is scheduled to be released Sept. 27, 2019.
